Introduction
Marino Vedova is an inspiring example of how hard work and dedication can lead to success. Marino was born in Switzerland and moved to the United States this past year to pursue his dream of playing American football. His story is a testament to the power of international recruiting, as he was able to make it from Zurich Renegades all the way up to college football in the US.
Marino's journey wasn't easy, as he had to overcome language barriers, cultural differences, and academic challenges. But with a strong mindset and support from WSO, he was able to achieve his goals and become a sought-after prospect for Anna Maria College. In this article, we will take an inside look at Marino's story and learn about how he got into American Football despite all odds. Even despite his brother wanting him to join the opposing team in Winterthur instead of playing together as most brothers do.

Athlete Spotlight Series
It was a pleasure to be able to have Marino Vedova join us as our special guest this week on the Athlete Spotlight series. We have a long history since he was one of my former players and I had the pleasure to assist him with his recruiting process.
Now going into season two at Anna Maria College I see a bright future and a big season ahead for Marino. Marino is living proof that many international athletes dream of going to the US to play college sports in order to develop their game and compete at the highest level. His hard work and commitment to the recruiting process paid off as he stuck it out through all the challenges. We here at WSO look forward to seeing Marino in year two in the USA and will continue to assist him on and off the field.
